Refund policy

At Tiny Infants, our greatest commitment is your complete satisfaction. If you purchase a product from our online store and, upon receiving it, identify a manufacturing defect or an issue with the product, you are entitled to an exchange or refund in accordance with applicable international consumer protection laws.

This policy applies to all customers worldwide.


Eligibility for Returns (Change of Mind)

We accept returns for store credit or exchange in cases of change of mind, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order

  • The item is new, unused, unworn and unopened

  • All original packaging, labels and tags are intact

  • Any package seals (if applicable) remain unbroken

  • The item is in a resalable condition

  • The item shows no signs of damage or use

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.


Change of Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Customers are eligible for store credit or exchange only

  • Cash refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns

  • Store credit will be issued for the value of the product(s) only


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Not of acceptable quality

  • Not as described

You may choose one of the following solutions:

  • Refund

  • Replacement

  • Repair (when applicable)

These remedies are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations in your country of residence.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping

  • The return shipment is made at the customer’s own risk

  • If the returned item is lost or damaged in transit, we are unable to issue a refund, credit or exchange

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, especially for high-value items


How to Request a Return or Exchange

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Inspection & Resolution

Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

After approval, you may choose one of the following options:

  1. Exchange for any product currently available in stock

  2. Store credit equal to the amount paid for the product(s)

Store credit will be issued after the return has been successfully processed.


Additional Information

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • Processing times may vary depending on location and customs clearance

  • This policy does not limit or exclude any mandatory rights under applicable consumer laws
